I stayed there recently for week on business and I was completely in amazement of the " new rainbow Motel " from the service when I arrived and hospitality of the woman manager on duty during my stay was friendly.down to earth.made my visit just more memorable and new owner was nice and management made me feel welcomed.i will say the daily and weekly rates was not too expensive very reasonable ,for what quality you receive during your stay. I would absolutely recommend new improved rainbow to anyone visiting the berks county area.I'd Rather Support small businesses anyways. I will give 10/10.im Looking forward to my next stay there soon.Thanks Rainbow motel family!!

I recently stayed at the Rainbow Motel and had a fantastic experience! The room was newly renovated, spotlessly clean, and the service was top-notch. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend the Rainbow Motel to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay.

I had Room 4 from August 8-9, 2025. The new management has indeed renovated the place seemingly from stem-to-stern, not just the bare essentials. The workmanship of the renovation is top notch and properly done. All furniture has been replaced with the same brands and models of products throughout the place. Lighting is terrific, both inside the room and outside. My room was squeaky clean and comfortable. And Kim at the front desk also cleans the rooms between guests. She works long, hard hours and is an asset to the motel. The only thing missing is a clothes rack for hanging clothes.

I’ve recently stayed at the new and improved rainbow motel. My experience there was pleasant. Kim is such a nice lady. She’s very easy going and down to earth. I felt very welcomed not like just some stranger tryna stay somewhere. I called ahead of time for availability. When I arrived she had my room all ready even turned the ac on for me! The rooms have been exceptionally clean everytime I’ve stayed and the showers are fantastic! Will definitely be staying again!

Kim @ the front desk calls me by my name when I call. Mike the maintenance guy is on top of everything. Everyone has been friendly. Rooms have been upgraded & look nice.

What can I say about the rainbow motel that I haven't preached to others already. The kindest management. The renovations are quaint and everything is well maintained. Clean accommodating rooms with a tv fridge and microwave. The prices are extremely reasonable and for what you get I have zero complaints of this night. I say most hotels are nothing to write home about, this little homestead is.❤️

Super clean, simple rooms with comfortable beds, a little fridge and microwave and TV. Communication with booking was prompt, and Kim in the office was great... It's quiet and as a solo traveler, I felt safe (3 ways to lock the door)...will definitely come back when I need a place to stay in the area.

Extremely friendly staff Kim is the best. You feel more like it's a cute little apartment more than a motel! I'd definitely recommend to all my friends and family

Had a nice stay at this motel tucked on the freeway there. It was a home away from home on my work travel as a Nursing Assistant. Great, quick and helpful staff as well. Had a comfortable stay in one room then decided to stay more days which I did in another. Well kept place. I’d stay again!

Let me start by stating that these people know me by name when I call.Because I have stayed here so much. I have other options, but I still choose to come to this location time after time. You will not find better customer service than here. When I call and let them know.I'm on my way they go over and turn the heat or the air conditioner on for me inside the room. Which is not service that I would get most other places. This is an exterior door type of motel, so you pull right up in front of the door which I love for convenience. They only have about twelve rooms on site. As many times as I have stayed here, i've never once seeing the police here or never once.Has it gotten rowdy, or anybody's music kept me up at night. There is a strip club, right next door but it's actually very discreet. And not one single time have I ever heard any music or noise or any type of altercation coming from that venue. I will continue coming here time and time again. Because I learned a long time ago in business.You take care of those that take care of you.
